1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned only if they are:

• Damaged during delivery
• Defective or not working as intended
• Incorrect item sent

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Used uniforms or accessories
• Customized or personalized products
2. How to Request a Return

• Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
• Our team will guide you on how to send the item back.
3. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
• Exchanges are possible only for size or product issues.
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Khaki Shop will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
